Sir Alex Ferguson has responded to Manchester City's claim that Paul Scholes was forced out of retirement due to Manchester United's desperation to win the League. He also claimed that Manchester City wants to play mind games and that United are better with mind games if that is what they want. United are currently table leaders after going pass City who has occupied the position since the beginning of the league. It will be recalled also that City played a player (Carlos Tevez) who they said will never play for them anymore and Ferguson is asking if that can't be termed as "desperation" as well.
