Chelsea: End of the road?

Chelsea lost to West Brom today in the Barclay's Premier League in a match West Brom truly deserved to win. Chelsea was very wasteful in front of goal with Danny Sturridge loosing two clear chances. But what really amazed me was, AVB bringing in Torres for Essien and no one to Marshall the midfield defensively. So, what does he think about when he makes his changes? It will really be a surprise if he still has his job by the end of the week.

Meanwhile, kudos to these young lads doing it for Wenger, what a way to reward Arsene for his trust in them. Thumbs up, Arsenal!
