The Sun says Abramovich is ready to hand super-coach Pep Guardiola a four-year deal worth £40million AFTER TAX to become Chelsea boss.
This would make Guardiola the highest-paid boss in the world with a
money-no-object offer worth £10m a year in cash, according to one Blues
insider.
He currently earns around £8m a year NET at Barca.
